Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

All items that are sent from our warehouse pass quality checks. If you happen to receive damaged item, please contact us immediately.

You have a right to return any items you have purchased if you are not perfectly satisfied with them. You have 14 days after receiving the parcel to request exchange or return. Please be aware that the items that you wish to return have to be in their original conditions and in their original packaging that were provided by us. They should be returned unworn and have all the tags. We accept returns only from the country the items were shipped to and not any other.

We will refund the exact price of the item that was paid by you when purchasing the item accept of any custom duties and import sales tax expenses.

If you return damaged items or items with labels missing, we will be forced to send them back to you.

Sale items are non-refundable, only exchangeable. Earrings are non-returnable.

If you wish to return an item purchased on FASHION-FLAIR.COM, please email us at customercare@fashion-flair.com providing your order number and email address and stating the reason you wish to return an item.

Please note that you are liable for shipping and handling expenses and they are non-refundable. As soon as we receive the returned parcel, confirmation e-mail will be sent to you and the amount of money that were paid by you will be refunded to you (excluding shipping cost) in ten working days after the parcel was received, excluding holiday season, during which return processing may take longer time period than expected.

 

EXCHANGES

All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.

You are welcome to exchange the product(s) (reduced items also) you have purchased on our Website within 30 days of receipt free of charge for a different size or colour. Please note that the items you wish to exchange have to be in their original conditions and in their original packaging that were provided by us. They should be returned unworn and have all the tags.

We accept exchanges only from the country the items were shipped to and not any other.

If you return damaged items or items with labels missing, we won’t be able to exchange them for other items and will be forced to send them back to you.

Earrings are non-exchangeable.
